I hope to share with you more about where I come from to help you make the decision to seek your highest healing potential! I can confidently tell you that vitalistic chiropractic care has changed my life. I experienced my first adjustment at the age of 9 after a gymnastics injury. Since then, I have consistently sought more information on health, vitality, experience and a life full of love, happiness, and joy. What a blessing it is in my life to serve these things through chiropractic. My passion for the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic can be easily felt by others. There is no greater joy for me than to help a family experience and express more health and vitality! From welcoming a new baby into this world, to helping a grandparent enjoy a deeper quality in their years, life in all its journeying is truly amazing. My vision is to help foster and support a healthy and vital Northern Colorado community, and for me, that begins in our homes, with our families and friends. And healthy families begin with healthy individuals. I focus my love and intention for each person walking through my doors to respect their highest healing potentials. It is my mission to create a community center for each and all to express themselves and their inner light to the fullest. Your first visit sets the foundation for your care at the Cafe. You will be asked to provide information on your experiences, your challenges, and your goals. You can expect to be listened to and deeply heard. Next, we will thoroughly examine your neuro-spinal system for function and balance. We will take the time to connect with what's showing up in your body and your life that may need attention, awareness, and connection. Finally, and on that same day, you will experience a gentle and specific chiropractic adjustment. After your first adjustment, you will be able to choose the next step on your path to your best You. How you decide to use chiropractic care in your life is always up to you. If you are ready to make the commitment to yourself, your life and your well-being, you are in the right place.
